1. Do you provide goodie bags for parties?

No, we only provide sweet cones, compliments of Go Kids Go. You will need to bring your own goodie bags.

2. Are adult meals included in the package?

No, food is only provided for children. You will need to order food for adults from the café.

3. Can we bring extra children and extra adults?

Yes, you can, but you will need to pay for them on the day. Alternatively, you can book extra children and adults when making your online booking.

4. Can we decorate the party room?

We provide standard decorations in the party room. However, if you would like to add extra decorations, such as balloons and banners, you are welcome to bring them.

5. Do you provide cutlery and knives for parties?

Yes, we provide all necessary cutlery. However, if you would like to bring your own fancy plates, cups, etc., you are welcome to do so. You will need to bring your own cake.

6. Are staff members available in the party room?

Yes.

7. If we want to stay for more than 2 hours, do we have to pay extra?

Yes. It costs £5 per child for each additional hour.

8. Is free Wi-Fi available?

Yes.

9. Is car parking free?

Yes, car parking is free for up to three hours. You must enter your car registration on our site upon arrival.

10. Do you provide Halal or vegetarian food?

Yes, we do.

11. What activities are included in the party package?

All activities, including the Ninja Obstacle Course, Coconut Climbing Tree, Go-Karts, Laser Tag, Soft Play, Big Slide, Football Area, and many more.

12. Do you offer a Blue Light or military discount?

No.

13. Do I need to pay for a baby under one year old?

Babies under 6 months are free. For babies over 6 months, you will need to pay.

14. Who supervises the children?

Parents must supervise their children.
